Infrastructure within the concept

A shared thermal backbone.
The central utility plant concept provides a starting point for evaluating liquid-cooling requirements, heat rejection and distribution.
Plan for power and resilience.
A concept utility zone combines a possible grid interface, battery storage and generation. Grid connection, generation technology and fuel supply remain unconfirmed.
Workload-led design.
The data-hall concept explores dense equipment layouts and liquid-cooling distribution, subject to future customer and engineering requirements.
Make room for water and place.
Retention and planted-buffer concepts illustrate areas for drainage and landscape assessment. Environmental performance has not been established.
